The 8 week mindfulness course

About the 8 week course

So much of the time we can find ourselves being caught up in ruminations, self blame,  filled with anxiety or fear about the future as well as the past. Life just seems to be passing us by.

Cultivating mindfulness means learning to become more present to ourselves, others, and life with greater acceptance and kindness. So the course does not remove the difficulties we face in life but it enables us to relate to them in a radically different and transformative way.

Who is the course for?

The mindfulness course can help with stress, anxiety, depression, ruminating, insomnia, restlessness and also anyone who just wants to develop a practice of becoming more aware and more present.
